Kyiv Ukrainian Dance Ensemble |
The Kyiv Ukrainian Dance Ensemble accepts dancers from age 13 through adult. Rehearsals take place Monday evenings at 7:30pm from September - June. Additional rehearsals may take place in the summer months based upon the perfomance schedule. Kyiv rehearsals consist of the following: Folk Ballet Barre Warm up Center Exercises Repetoir Rehearsal New Works Rehearsal Kyiv's style embodies traditional Ukrainian Folk Dance and ballet technique. It is our belief that the art of Ukrainian Folk Dancing can be for all people and of the highest quality. The Ensemble is available for performances throughout the year. Please contact us for information reguarding our fees and availability. Kyiv also has several programs for school lecture demonstrations and Scouting Troops.
